All of our inspectors come from a construction background and have a thorough understanding of building science. With more than 70 combined years in the building industry, and thousands of inspections as home inspectors, our team has a wealth of knowledge and understanding that they impart to your inspection.

Watt Ramsey – Fl. License # HI1018

Watt Ramsey began his career in the construction industry in 1972. Watt started as a carpenter and worked his way up through the ranks to a Project Director / Construction Manager over projects upwards of two hundred and seventy five million dollars ($275,000,000.00). In addition to the above, Watt has passed all State and Nationally required and recognized Home Inspection training, Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation. Watt has performed thousands of inspections over the last 11 years and is Licensed in the State of Florida as a Home Inspector, Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator.

Albert Gonzalez – Fl. License # HI8154

Albert Gonzalez began his career in the construction industry in 1985 working both in Single-family and Multi-family properties. Albert started as an equipment operator and moved up through the ranks to superintendent and brings a lot of residential and central Florida experience to Your inspection. Albert started with Integrity Home Inspection in 2013 and has performed thousands of inspections since then. In addition to the above, Albert has passed all State and Nationally required and recognized Home Inspection training, and is licensed in the State of Florida as a Home Inspector.
